Chandryaan-2

चन्द्रयान-2 मिशन के विक्रम लैंडर का चंद्रमा के सतह से 2.1 किमी पहले संपर्क क्या टूटा हमारे ही देश के कुछ राजनैतिक पार्टी के लोग, कुछ तथाकथित पत्रकार, कुछ तथाकथित समाजसेवी इस बात का जश्न मनाने में लग गए। जबकि सबको जिसने भी इस मिशन के बारे में जाना सबको पता था कि ऑर्बिटर जो इस मिशन का 95% हिस्सा है सफलतापूर्वक अपने कक्षा में स्थापित हो गया है और यह अगले एक साल तक अपना काम करेगा और अगर इसरो प्रमुख की बात माने तो इसके पास 7 साल तक कि ऊर्जा है जो इसको चलायमान रखेगा लेकिन जिसको असफलता ढूँढना है वो वही ढूंढेंगे। मुझे आजतक समझ नही आया कि ऐसा आपके अंदर क्या होता है कि आप देश से पहले अपने स्वार्थों को ऊपर रखते है अपने विरोध को सर्वोपरि रख पाते है। ऐसा क्या है कि हमारे देश के भीतर ही ऐसा लगता है एक दूसरा देश रहता है जो हमारी असफलताओं पर जश्न मनाता है, खुश होता है। क्या ऐसे लोगो से नही पूछा जाना चाहिए कि आप कैसे अपने देश के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री की मृत्यु पर उन्हें गाली देते हैं, अपने ही प्रधानमंत्री की मृत्यु के लिए ट्विटर पर ऊपर वाले से कामना करते हुए नजर आते हैं, क्रिकेट मैच में पाकिस्तान से भारत की हार पर पटाखे छोड़ते हुए नजर आते हैं। क्या यही वे लोग नही है जो पुलवामा जैसी नृशंस घटना पर भी जश्न मनाते नजर आते हैं तो क्यो ना आपको देशद्रोही कहा जाय ऐसा कौन से देश का देशवासी है जो अपने ही देश के सेना के बलिदान पर जश्न मनाता हो। हमारा दुर्भाग्य यह है कि हम इन्हें पहचान तो रहे है लेकिन नही पहचानने का नाटक कर रहे है या ऐसे ही किसी नकली विदेशी नशे की लत में हम इसे देख नही पा रहे है या फिर शायद देखना नही चाहते है। मैंने पहले भी कहा है विरोध सिर्फ विरोध करने के लिए सही नही हो सकता है अगर किसी भी काम मे दिक्कत है तो उसके बारे में चर्चा या बहस किया जा सकता है लेकिन अंध विरोध सही नही लगता।

लेकिन क्या चंद्रयान-2 वाकई में फेल हुआ है? शायद नही क्योंकि चंद्रमा के जिस ध्रुव के बारे किसी भी देश ने हिम्मत नही दिखाई उस छोर पर चंद्रयान भेजने का जज्बा ही उसको कामयाब बनाता है। लेकिन अगर आप कहे तकनीकी तौर पर तो भी उसे पास ही बताएंगे क्योंकि ऑर्बिटर के अपने कक्षा में सही सलामत स्थापित होने पर इसरो 95% सफल है। जबकि 8 सितंबर को ही इसरो प्रमुख ने कहा कि विक्रम लैंडर का पता लगा लिया गया है और उससे संपर्क स्थापित करने की कोशिश की जाएगी।

सोहन लाल द्विवेदी के शब्दों में:
लहरों से डर कर नौका पार नहीं होती,
कोशिश करने वालों की हार नहीं होती।

तो जो करने से डरेंगे वे कुछ नही कर पाएंगे जिनको कुछ करना है वे चुप भी नही बैठेंगे। जो करेंगे नही उन्हें पता कैसे चलेगा कि असफलता किस चिड़िया का नाम है और जो करेंगे वे उसी असफलता में सफलता का मंत्र ढूंढेंगे। आज चंद्रमा की धरती पर हम नही जा पाए लेकिन आज ना कल तो हम वही होंगे जब भी होंगे तब वहाँ लैंड करने वाले उसी विक्रम लैंडर को वहाँ पाने के बाद गौरवान्वित होंगे।

चन्द्रमा का क्या है, मामा है हमारे आज ना कल हम पहुंचेंगे ही कौन सा मामा अपने भांजे भांजियों से और कितना दूर रह सकता है। प्रख्यात कवि कुमार विश्वास के शब्दों में "हमारे महारथी आकाश का गूढ़ चक्र जल्दी ही भेदेंगें ! वादा चंदा मामा, जल्दी वापस आएँगे भाँजे-भाँजियां"।

हमारी यह असफलता क्षणिक है। विज्ञान में असफलता बहुत कुछ सीखा जाती है क्योंकि वहाँ असफलता का कारण पूछने का जज्बा होता है जो आपको लगातार संघर्ष करते रहने को प्रेरित करता है कि आप जबतक उस शिखर तक नही पहुंचते तबतक आप चुपचाप नही बैठ सकते है। यह कोई क्रिकेट नही, हॉकी है जहाँ लगातार गेंद के साथ चलने वाला ही 90 मिनट के अथक प्रयास से जीत हासिल करता है। अभी तो शुरुआत है आगे आगे देखो होता है क्या। तो ऐसी छोटी मोटी असफलताओं पर जश्न मनाने वालों ऐसे ही जलते रहो और देश तुम्हे जलाने में कोई कोर कसर नही छोड़ने वाला है। देश का बच्चा बच्चा इस बात का गवाह है हमने पहले भी जयचंदो को झेला है आगे भी झेल जाएंगे।

आखिर में भारत रत्न पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री के शब्दों को दोहराना चाहूँगा "सरकारें आएगी जाएगी सत्ता आती है जाती है मगर यह देश अजर अमर रहने वाला है आओ मिलकर इस देश के लिए काम करें"।
