To be Father…

Thank God! 18th June 2010 at 5.35 PM, I become a dad of little angel. I was very happy on that time, before that I was in so much tension that I cannot try to memorize again. So I can feel that how could be painful for my wife. Before that day I always being kid for my parents and in future I will be, but after that my opinion has been changed that now I will have to be responsible for my kid about all kind of happenings in her life.

When I got my angel on my lap, the feeling was amazing. I cannot explain in words. So now I can say that why the kid is always kid for their parents and so much valuable assets for them. They never try to let them down in any case. They always want them happy.

Now, I am a father. It looks like such a simple sentence. But my new role is actually profound; once I am a father, I can never be “not-a-father” anymore. By becoming a father, I’ve embarked on an amazing and fulfilling journey, powerful from the moment of birth. The day I have seen my newborn, it was exciting and overwhelming. Each father-child bond is unique and continually evolving.

No one has ever been as completely dependent on me as this baby. It feels wonderful to be so needed, but also a bit scary.

I didn’t have to father the same way my father or grandfather did. I can be my own kind of Dad. That opportunity is liberating and exciting, but can also be disconcerting. From the moment of when I have taken her on my lap, I and my baby can instinctively communicate with each other, even though it’ll be a year or more before she uses words.

The key is to father from the heart.”

Thank God again to give me such a wonderful gift in my life.

Murli@800 Test Wicket

Spin genius Muttiah Muralitharan brought down the curtains on his Test career in a blaze of glory by becoming the first cricketer to scalp 800 wickets. All eyes were on Muralitharan as the crowd and his team-mates expected him to reach the 800-wicket mark quickly but the off-spinner could add just one more scalp to take his tally to 799 till the lunch break. Ojha joined the action after Laxman's dismissal and with Ishant he frustrated the hosts for another 15 overs. But ultimately Murli gets the rid of Ojha as last and 800th wicket of his cricketing career.

Muralitharan made his Test debut in 1992 against Australia in Colombo and has since taken 22, 10-wicket hauls. He has taken five wickets in a Test innings on a record 67 occasions. Muralitharan's 18-year career was marred by controversy due to his bent-arm action -- the result of an elbow deformity since birth -- which helped him impart considerable turn and bounce even on the most placid wickets.

The unusual action sparked uproar in the cricket world, especially in Australia where umpires no-balled him for throwing and former Prime Minister John Howard once called him a "chucker". Muralitharan's action first came under the microscope when Australian umpire Darrel Hair called him for throwing during Sri Lanka's tour Down Under in 1995-96. He was called again during a later tour of Australia in 1998-99 but was subsequently cleared after further tests. But the International Cricket Council, which carried out bio-mechanical tests on the bowler, cleared him of a suspect action.

Affectionately known as Murali, the off-spinner is the most successful bowler in history with record hauls in both Test (800) and one-day (515) cricket. There is no-one has to follow him by no. of wickets in test in active cricket. In active cricket the three are near about to Murli you can say are Ntini(SA-390),Harbhajan(IND-355),Vettori(NZ-325). If you will see the number than you can understand how far behind they are from Murli's number of wickets. We were lucky to see the all three great spinner in our era to play Mr. Warne, Mr. Kumble.

One of greatest cricket person has been retired from longer version of cricket, we will miss you on the field Mr Great Spinner in cricketing history. Great Murli-Great cricketer-Great retirement. Best of luck for future.

Creative Tension and Time

Whenever we do any creative work, the tension in this process is a creative tension, not a destructive tension. Such tension does not adversely affect our health. There is no era in human history when man has remained free from tension. We should not fear tension unless it eats our heart. The truth is that creative tensions produce energy from us. After all our body needs right blood pressure from circulation.

This much blood pressure is necessary. We have to take tension in this manner only. Without tension our energy cannot raise heights. Work is very necessary for us, very necessary. If there were no work or if we could not complete a work, it will cause us more tension than caused by workload. We should not to be afraid of tension. We should to learn to handle it. A task can be completed by doing not by thinking.

Often it happens that whenever we start paying attention to our health, our minds regards it as wastage of time, we think that the time we are giving for our morning walk or exercise or yoga is being wasted and we can do something worth while during this period. One who does not care about his health, is bound to fall sick at regular intervals. If a person at more than his capacity and capability, he will certainly fall ill. This is the law of nature and nobody can suspend it. A beautiful Arabic saying, “One, who has health, has hope and one, who has hope, has everything”.

The culture we live in is fast and it is getting faster every passing year. Most of our achievements are evaluated on the basis of speed. The basis of evaluation today is ‘what is the speed, without even caring about consequences.

Speed is necessary, but this speed should not exceed the limits. Every work has a certain speed by which it should be done, and we should not exceed that speed. Our speed should not be more than the required speed, nor be less. Speed should not be related to financial gains, but to human values. But today’s speed is beyond both.

We become victims of speed and we lose our mental peace. We make our nervous system week. We become confused due to rashness. We are not content to get all the things but we want them instantly. Remember that this rashness becomes a significant reason of the wastage of our time.

Spain clinch first World Cup Victory

Spain's place among world football's all-time greatest teams was assured Sunday when Andres Iniesta scored with four minutes of extra time remaining to beat the Netherlands 1-0 and clinch his country's first World Cup.
With the teams facing a penalty shootout after an often ill-tempered game of few clear chances, Iniesta collected a sliding pass into the area from substitute Cesc Fabregas and smashed the ball across goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg and in at the far post.
The goal clinched Spain's fourth straight 1-0 victory in South Africa and made the team only the third to be world and European champion at the same time. At the final whistle, the Spanish players hurried to swap their blue shirts for their more familiar red colors in time to collect the trophy. They donned shirts decorated with a single gold star to mark their triumph, becoming the eighth nation to receive the honor in the tournament's 80-year history.
The Dutch players trudged forlornly to collect their runners-up medals, the third squad from the Netherlands to finish second in football's biggest game. It was a less-than-classic performance by Spain and both teams created few clear chances at Soccer City, although the game opened up slightly after a cagey opening hour. The Netherlands broke up Spain's attempts to get its famous passing game going with physical play that brought nine yellow cards. Defender John Heitinga got his second yellow and was sent off in the 19th minute of extra time to become only the fifth man to get a World Cup final red card.
With Spain also collecting five yellows, the total beat the 1986 record of six between Argentina and West Germany and made it the dirtiest World Cup final of all time. Extra time was littered with almost as many chances as normal time. Stekelenburg saved a low shot by Fabregas before Robben was blocked and defender Joris Mathijsen headed over at the other end. With Wesley Sneijder crowded out and Spain striker David Villa continually forced wide in search of possession, Robben looked the most likely player to put the finishing touch to his team's uncompromisingly physical approach. The winger broke free in the 62nd minute but his low shot to the far post was brilliantly kept out with the toe of Casillas' right boot. He was clear again with seven minutes of normal time remaining, collecting Robin van Persie's flick from Nigel de Jong's hopeful punt forward. Robben held off Carles Puyol's attempts to wrestle him to the ground and tried to take the ball across Casillas, only for the goalkeeper to gather it at the forward's feet.
Villa and Sneijder had few chances to add to their five tournament goals, the latter unable to find his range with free kicks and most notable for the sliding pass between Spain's central defenders that set Robben free in the 62nd. Villa went closest in the 70th when Stekelenburg somehow knocked his close-range finish over the bar, shortly before Sergio Ramos headed over the bar while unmarked. Villa, Sneijder, Uruguay striker Diego Forlan and Germany forward Thomas Mueller tied at the top of the tournament scoring charts with five goals from seven matches. Mueller took the golden boot for the leading scorer, winning because of the number of assists he provided.
The Netherlands' physical approach only began after its attempt to defend deep in the opening exchanges allowed Spain 60 percent of possession and gave away chances. Stekelenburg had to dive at full stretch to keep out a header by Ramos, and Villa broke free of the defense only for the Netherlands to be saved by a narrow offside call. The Dutch responded by pressing hard whichever Spanish player happened to be in possession, heralding a spell of five yellow cards - three of them for the Netherlands - in 14 minutes. De Jong was lucky not to get a red card when he slammed his boot into Xabi Alonso's chest. But one incident showed the Dutch fouls were perhaps down to surplus passion rather than a premeditated mean streak.
Casillas threw the ball upfield and out to allow Puyol to receive treatment after a heavy fall. In keeping with sporting convention, the Netherlands attempted to return possession to the Spanish but the punt back to Casillas deflected up off the turf and forced the goalkeeper to tip it behind for a corner. Not a single Netherlands player went forward for the corner kick and Van Persie just rolled it along the ground for Casillas to pick up.
